Privacy policy

1. What we collect. Your email and name from the sign-in you choose (email link, Google, or Apple). The rooms, measurements, and photos you add. Which tasks you start and finish. If you are a contractor: your business details, license number, and card on file through Stripe.
2. Why. To build your renovation plan, count materials, show guides on your own photos, and remember your progress. Photos and room details go to a contractor only when you send them a job request.
3. Sign in with Google or Apple. We receive only your name, email address, and an account identifier. We do not see your password and do not access your contacts, files, or other Google or Apple data. With Apple you can hide your email; we then get a private relay address.
4. Who else processes it. Supabase (database and photo storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments, contractors only), and Anthropic (the step helper, only the question and photo you send it). We do not sell your data.
5. Retailer links. When you tap a store link you leave the app; the store's own privacy policy applies there.
6. Your choices. You can delete a home with all its rooms and photos from your account at any time. To delete your whole account, email us and we remove it within 30 days.
